Specifications

• The person in charge of the sets will always be sent a list of the personnel who access the set at least one day before.
• Painting the cyclorama is not included in the rental of the set.
• The color of the cyclorama will be the one left by the last user. In the case of wanting to take advantage of the paint, it is convenient to verify it before the day of shooting.
• In case of painting in dark colours, it should be painted again in white at the end of filming.
• Cleaning of the set and removal of sets by the client once the shooting is over.
• Access to the enclosure is not possible for trucks over 4 m high.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• On the painting of the cyclorama, only paper adhesive tape will be used, any other type of tape will cause the layers of paint to chip off, leaving considerable marks to be repaired.
• If it is necessary to paint on the floor of the set outside the painted area of ​​the cyclorama, it should be done on an overlapping base and removed at the end of filming.
• It is not allowed to park vehicles or store materials outside the area reserved for the set.
• Work with minors: Any collaboration of minors under 16 years of age must have the corresponding prior and express authorization from the Department of Business and Occupation of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The interested producer is responsible for its processing and compliance.
• Work with animals: The professional in charge of the animal will be responsible for keeping all vaccinations up to date, requesting the necessary permits, corresponding licenses and controlling the security around them.
• Smoke shootings: The person in charge of the set will be notified in advance.
• Generating group: If you need a complementary generator set, it must be parked on the street.
